Share my data access
Step 1

Click the Home icon to open your Home screen and Springboard and get started.

Share Data Access

This guided flow will show you how to share your information with your Hiring Manager

or an HCM Specialist for the purpose of:

  • Hiring you for a position in their area; and/or

  • Providing you with access to request expense reimbursements for a student organization.
Step 3

Select the Me menu.

Step 4

Click Show More to view additional Quick Actions. (Note: this step is needed if you don't see the Share Data Access item in your list)

Step 5

Click Share Data Access.

Step 6

Click Add to select the person with whom you need to share your data.

Step 7

Begin typing the name of the person with whom you are sharing your data and then select their name from the drop-down list.

Not sure who you should select? Contact Student Employment.

Step 8

Enter any additional information you need to share

with your hiring manager or HCM Specialist

in the Notes, such as your mailing address

and citizenship indicator (i.e., US/Non-US).

Step 9

Click Submit to continue.

Note: You can Cancel if needed.
