Enter or update tax withholding information (Form W-4)

Step 1

Click Me to access your personal information and other activities.

Note: If you are an International Student, you must use Glacier to update your tax information.

Step 2

Click Show More to expand your quick actions list.

Step 3

Select Tax Withholding.

Step 4

Your current tax withholding information (if any) will be displayed.

Step 5

Click the Edit icon (pencil) to make changes.

Step 6

Enter or update your withholding information as appropriate and

then confirm your assertion by clicking the checkbox.

Note: US tax forms and instructions are available on the IRS website.

Step 7

Click Save to complete your update.

Step 8

Click Add if you need to add a state or other tax form.

If you are finished entering or updating your tax information, click the Home icon above to return to the springboard.

Step 9

Enter or update your withholding information as appropriate and

then confirm your assertion by clicking the checkbox.

Step 10

Click Save to complete your update.
