This guide provides instructions to create a Service Request using the Vanderbilt Administrative Support Tickets (VAST) process via Oracle Help Desk.
The following areas are currently using the VAST process:

Open My Knowledge.
Click Create Service Request.
Complete the Create Service Request form, including the title, contact information and request details.
If available, include screen shots or other attachments to assist the agent as they review your request.
Once you have completed the form, click Submit
The message confirms your request has been submitted.
You will also receive an acknowledgment via email.
You can review and update your service requests via the Service Requests page, which is also available via My Knowledge.
